Requirements

Requires at least 5 years of experience with Agile methodology in Scrum Master related roles
Scrum Master in a development environment
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices
Knowledge of software development lifecycles and software development concepts
Hold a current Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master).
Experience with JIRA Agile tracking software
Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills
Ability to work collaboratively and lead/work within a dynamic team environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills, technical documentation, and problem-solving abilities

Nice to have

Relevant experience or certifications in Project Management, Software Development, or Quality Assurance
Ability to work collaboratively
Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients

Day to day
