Who you are
- Requires at least 5 years of experience with Agile methodology in Scrum Master related roles
- Scrum Master in a development environment
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles and software development concepts
- Hold a current Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master).
- Experience with JIRA Agile tracking software
- Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead/work within a dynamic team environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, technical documentation, and problem-solving abilities
Desirables
- Relevant experience or certifications in Project Management, Software Development, or Quality Assurance
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients
