  • Ability to identify and remove impediments enhancing collaboration and performance
  • Familiarity with tools such as Linear, Confluence, or Agile project management tools
  • Proven ability to drive change and inspire a team
  • Experience in startup environment is required
  • Experience managing or working with distributed teams is essential
  • Familiarity with identity verification products or AI-based solutions is a plus
