Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
5 years of business management or healthcare operations experience
3 years of experience leading business initiatives to drive systemic change
2 years experience as an Agile Product Owner or Scrum Master

Nice to have

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Effective interaction with all levels of management
Innovative solutions to complex challenges
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Day to day

Develop the strategic vision for an IT product
Work closely with the Scrum team to maintain focus on goals
Own prioritization of the product backlog including definition of user stories and acceptance criteria
