Day to day
- Providing business cycle planning including the annual Board calendar
- Planning and supporting Trustee meetings and events
- Managing papers arranging logistics and minuting for Board Committee meetings and Leadership Team meetings
- Supporting the Returning Officer with Trustee election and co-option processes
- Quarterly progress reporting against operational plan
- Conducting Trustee skillset gap analysis
- Trustee induction and Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
- Supporting the CEO with travel and accommodation requirements
- Planning and supporting staff meetings and events as required
