Day to day
- Perform high-volume, accurate data entry within the PACS system in a remote healthcare IT environment.
- Act as a Service Desk Analyst by handling basic PACS-related support tasks and following established Knowledge Base articles and standard operating procedures.
- Support radiology workflow processes in a static PACS assignment environment while identifying and escalating issues when procedures do not align.
