Remote Security & IT Controls Specialist Job in UK Pharaoh Capital

Who you are

• Current and active SC clearance
• Extensive experience with security and IT control frameworks including ISO27001:2022, NIST, CSF, CAF, and ISO800-53
• Strong background in risk management, particularly in assessing and improving risk maturity levels
• Ability to review and synthesize complex control mappings into actionable objectives and frameworks
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams

What the job involves

• You will review and enhance controls framework for Cyber, Physical & Personnel, and IT controls
• You'll develop NESO-specific control objectives and categorize them into four tiers
• Collaborate with teams to update the controls framework ensuring alignment with ICM 8 principles
• Define metrics and methodologies for measuring the effectiveness of controls
• Assess and enhance risk maturity of selected NESO controls with the risk management team
• Partner with the assurance team to ensure control updates meet required standards
