Requirements
- Deep architectural understanding of AWS and GCP
- Ability to manage complex IAM policies and secure networking layers across both providers
- Proficiency in Python Go or Bash for automation and auto-remediation
- Experience developing secure Terraform modules and primitives
- Experience building shared CI/CD security components such as SAST SBOM and container scanning
- Proven experience securing managed and unmanaged container workloads including EKS and GKE
- Ability to prioritize risk pragmatically based on runtime context and business impact
- Proven ability to implement and manage Just-In-Time access policies
- US citizen required for federal compliance activities

Day to day
- Join a lean security team focused on SecOps for a complex multi-cloud product environment across AWS and GCP.
- Deploy, integrate, and continuously monitor Jenkins and GitLab pipelines to automate security workflows and scale Security as Code.
- Tune alerts, build automated response playbooks, and perform infrastructure reviews to strengthen cloud configuration, IAM, container, and workload security while preserving release velocity.
