- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with configuration of public cloud services through console and API
- Ability to write scripts in popular scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.)
- Prior experience interacting with customers in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

What the job involves
- Work closely with field sales to make customer accounts successful by providing technical expertise of the public cloud domain and proposing solutions for customer requirements based on the product.
- Frequently travel to customer locations, understanding compliance and security requirements to come up with end-to-end solutions.
- Assist with product installation, setup, configuration, and larger rollouts while working closely with product managers and TAMs.
