Who you are

• Have 3+ years of slot industry experience with strong understanding of slot games mechanics
• Be proficient in skeletal animation in Spine 2D and Adobe packages like Photoshop, After Effects
• Understand compiling animations for game pipelines
• Show diversified showreel covering character animation, visual effects, and storytelling
• Demonstrate knowledge of animation principles and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Develop appealing animations and adapt to existing styles and guidelines
• Verbally articulate conceptual thoughts and accept constructive criticism

What the job involves

• Create high-quality storyboards and animations in Spine for characters, backgrounds, symbols, and VFX
• Work closely with Art Leads, Game Designers, and Developers to implement animations
• Receive feedback and support from art leads and art directors to meet project expectations
• Assist developers throughout game development process
• Guide and mentor junior team members
• Produce concepts and mock-ups for decision-making process
• Optimize assets for smooth game performance
• Design lean animations for mobile devices
• Communicate effectively and collaborate in a team
• Push animation in video games to new levels of believability
