Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle Account Executive experience
- Track record of closing deals £50K+ ACV
- Strong outbound prospecting ability
- HR tech experience or recruiting background preferred
- Experience selling a technically complex configurable product
- Comfort building consensus across operational technical and executive buyers
- Strong pipeline hygiene and deal management at high volume
- Background at companies with fewer than 500 employees preferred
- Able to learn tools run demos and troubleshoot independently
- Executive presence with polished written and spoken communication
- Based in the UK and able to travel within the UK 2 to 3 times per month

Day to day
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through qualification solution scoping tailored demos and close
- Develop deep insight into prospect pain points business objectives and buying committees including senior HR and C-suite stakeholders
- Run high-impact product presentations negotiate commercial terms and build accurate pipeline forecasts while contributing to a high-performance sales culture
