Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle Account Executive experience
  • Track record of closing deals £50K+ ACV
  • Strong outbound prospecting ability
  • HR tech experience or recruiting background preferred
  • Experience selling a technically complex configurable product
  • Comfort building consensus across operational technical and executive buyers
  • Strong pipeline hygiene and deal management at high volume
  • Background at companies with fewer than 500 employees preferred
  • Able to learn tools run demos and troubleshoot independently
  • Executive presence with polished written and spoken communication
  • Based in the UK and able to travel within the UK 2 to 3 times per month

  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through qualification solution scoping tailored demos and close

  • Run high-impact product presentations negotiate commercial terms and build accurate pipeline forecasts while contributing to a high-performance sales culture
