Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Business or Process Analyst with end-to-end discovery and process mapping in complex environments
- Background supporting digital transformation automation or technology change initiatives
- Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive alignment without formal authority
- Direct practical experience using Generative AI LLMs or Intelligent Automation tools
- Solid understanding of how to structure optimize and map workflows for autonomous AI execution
- Ability to lead workshops and manage multiple fast-moving discovery workstreams across diverse functions
- Fluent English at C1 level or above

Day to day
- Lead structured discovery sessions across departments to uncover high-value AI transformation opportunities and real workflow pain points
- Gather business and technical requirements and produce clear process maps user stories and functional specifications for engineers and commercial leaders
- Partner with Engineering Data and functional AI Captains to shape prototype solutions deliver agentic workflows and track adoption and ROI across the business
