Requirements
- Colorado resident
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years delivering AI/ML and generative AI solutions in production
- Proficiency in Java
- Experience with FastAPI Flask or Streamlit
- Experience with AI/ML libraries and LLM tooling such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
- 3+ years of AWS experience including IAM security networking logging monitoring and Aurora or RDS PostgreSQL
- Experience with Snowflake including Cortex and secure data access patterns
- Experience with Amazon Q and RAG patterns including embeddings and vector search
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines infrastructure as code and automated testing for AI-enabled applications
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under deadlines incident response and on call
- Ability to translate concepts into clear requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Day to day
- Design and deploy AI and generative AI solutions that improve business workflows and operational efficiency
- Prototype emerging technologies such as LLMs NLP RAG and predictive analytics, then shape them into production-ready requirements and runbooks
- Build secure scalable AI-enabled applications APIs and microservices while collaborating with BI Security Data QA and Architecture teams
- Create semantic and domain models maintain documentation and support CI/CD automation monitoring optimization and incident response
