Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 2+ years building AI ML or LLM-based systems in production
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI development tooling
- Experience with OpenAI Anthropic Claude LangChain LangGraph LlamaIndex or comparable frameworks
- Demonstrated experience designing and shipping AI agents and LLM workflows with measurable outcomes
- Working fluency with automation platforms such as Zapier n8n Make or UiPath
- Comfort with APIs webhooks and integrating across SaaS systems
- Pragmatic engineering instincts with bias to ship and comfort with ambiguity
- Strong communication skills across executive stakeholders business users and engineers
- Based in the US and able to work in a remote or hybrid setup

Day to day
- Design, prototype, and deploy AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, and automations that accelerate internal work across multiple business teams
- Build production-grade integrations between AI systems and ClassWallet's CRM support finance ops and engineering tools
- Develop reusable components prompt libraries evaluation frameworks and internal platforms so AI adoption can scale across the company
- Contribute AI capabilities to customer-facing product features in partnership with Product and Engineering
- Work closely with business teams to understand workflows identify high-leverage opportunities and turn ambiguous problems into shipped solutions
- Establish standards for AI development including code quality evaluation monitoring prompt management and cost control
