Requirements
- Production LLM systems experience
- Strong Python software engineering background
- Experience with LLMs and agentic architectures
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code
- Ability to deliver usable outputs within 4 weeks
- Vector database experience for embedding and indexing
- Strong cloud platform experience
- API design experience with FastAPI or Flask
- Relational databases and SQL experience

Day to day
- Solve real client problems through rapid AI experiments and proof of concepts
- Build agentic solutions using LangGraph and related multi-agent patterns
- Design and deploy LLM-powered systems with RAG APIs and cloud infrastructure
- Work closely with clients and a compact delivery team to explain technical choices and ship usable pilots quickly
