- 5+ years of software engineering experience with AI/ML applications
- Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML models generative AI technologies and Agentic AI
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms and services such as GCP or Azure
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Deep understanding of software development best practices including coding standards testing and deployment

Day to day
- Design and implement AI-powered applications and services with a strong focus on Agentic AI
- Develop deploy and integrate AI agents that automate tasks improve decisions and enhance user experiences
- Collaborate with product managers data scientists and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable secure and reliable AI solutions
- Provide technical guidance mentorship and oversight to uphold coding standards testing protocols and deployment procedures
