Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- 8+ years advanced backend development with Python and Javascript
- 2+ years designing coding and deploying custom GenAI solutions and multi-agent systems in production
- Minimum 2 years UI and frontend development with React.js Typescript and HTML
- Strong experience with GenAI architectures embeddings advanced RAG and search architectures
- Ability to articulate hybrid search agentic search vector search and full-text search solutions
- Experience developing deploying and evaluating GenAI solutions with eval frameworks and cost-performance optimization
- Strong proficiency with Pydantic models for robust scalable maintainable workflows
- Excellent English communication skills with non-technical users and stakeholders

Day to day
- Identify and design Generative AI solutions that improve real business workflows and deliver measurable impact
- Architect build and productionize traditional software applications and multi-agent GenAI systems with clean scalable code
- Partner closely with stakeholders to gather requirements define success criteria manage roadmaps and deliver intuitive user experiences
- Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple functions while mentoring junior developers and collaborating on security governance and deployment reviews
