Requirements
- 5+ years in product management technology operations or consulting with end-to-end ownership of multi-stakeholder initiatives
- At least 2-3 years working on internal or external facing SaaS products
- Strong product management fundamentals including roadmapping backlog ownership sprint planning acceptance testing and release coordination
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and platforms including prompting and testing AI APIs
- Ability to quickly learn new domains and translate complex workflows into product requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to explain technical concepts to professionals and executives
- Experience coordinating software development resources including offshore or contract developers

Day to day
- Own the product vision roadmap and backlog for assigned AI platforms across Aprio business lines
- Translate complex practice needs into clear user stories acceptance criteria and product specifications
- Lead the full development lifecycle including scoping sprint planning QA rollout and coordination with onshore and offshore developers
- Partner with Engineering tax accountants and cross functional stakeholders to launch improve and scale AI-enabled tools
- Apply generative AI capabilities such as LLMs document intelligence agentic workflows and structured output generation
