Requirements

- Solid background with UX and UI principles

Day to day
- Take ownership of client design work from early concept through final release, shaping navigation layout and interaction behavior.
- Design digital experiences across multiple platforms including AI-powered products, with strong product and visual instincts.
- Use AI coding tools to turn design decisions into functioning testable products and collaborate with engineering when needed.
- Represent design decisions clearly to clients and internal teams while maintaining quality and momentum.
- Observe AI-assisted workflows and feed practical findings back to the team improving the tooling.
