- Extensive software engineering background with production LLM or AI applications
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js TypeScript and production React
- Experience with prompt engineering agentic workflows RAG and LLM integration
- Knowledge of AI evaluation frameworks monitoring and observability
- Deep understanding of AWS cloud-native engineering APIs and integration patterns
- Experience with microservices messaging patterns event-driven and distributed architectures
- Commitment to quality clean code testing and operational excellence

Day to day
- Build production-ready AI-powered products that integrate LLMs RAG and agentic workflows into real financial services processes
- Own features end-to-end across model selection prompt orchestration implementation deployment observability and iteration
- Develop scalable backend services modern React interfaces and cloud-native AWS systems that deliver reliable customer-ready outcomes
