Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration or Human Resources preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience working as an HR Analyst or similar role.
  • Experience working with Workday or other HRIS systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts, and presentations.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Participation and interaction effectively on a team and work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Professional presence with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
  • Strong ability to own, execute and deliver on short- and long-term projects.

Day to day

  • Collaborate with our Field HR Leadership Team to provide HR process and workflow management, HR data reporting, team communication, and administrative work.
  • Work with large amounts of HR data and collaborate with leaders at all levels to provide thorough data analysis and assist in crucial decision-making.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze Field Operations HR data, metrics, and statistics.
  • Organize data into manageable segments and prepare clear, readable reports and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong network of effective relationships across the HR field team, field operations and the HR Centers of Excellence.
