Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration or Human Resources preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience working as an HR Analyst or similar role.
- Experience working with Workday or other HRIS systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts, and presentations.
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Participation and interaction effectively on a team and work independently under tight deadlines.
- Professional presence with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
- Strong ability to own, execute and deliver on short- and long-term projects.

Day to day
- Collaborate with our Field HR Leadership Team to provide HR process and workflow management, HR data reporting, team communication, and administrative work.
- Work with large amounts of HR data and collaborate with leaders at all levels to provide thorough data analysis and assist in crucial decision-making.
- Collect, compile, and analyze Field Operations HR data, metrics, and statistics.
- Organize data into manageable segments and prepare clear, readable reports and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong network of effective relationships across the HR field team, field operations and the HR Centers of Excellence.
