Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations and benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of HRIS and benefits management systems
- Excellent understanding of federal state and local employment laws and regulations
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- ADP Workforce Now required and Workday HCM experience preferred
- Ability to create comprehensive and insightful reports
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with international practices and regulations is a plus

Day to day
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the HR Operations team with a focus on accuracy and service
- Administer employee benefits programs and support employees with timely responses to benefits questions and escalated issues
- Own onboarding and offboarding activities while maintaining HRIS data quality reporting and compliance across key processes
