Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations and benefits administration
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS and benefits management systems
  • Excellent understanding of federal state and local employment laws and regulations
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • ADP Workforce Now required and Workday HCM experience preferred
  • Ability to create comprehensive and insightful reports
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with international practices and regulations is a plus
