Requirements
- Must be a UK resident for at least 5 years and eligible to obtain SC security clearance
- Proven experience in Application Support or Systems Engineering in large enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and 2022 SQL databases MSSQL and PostgreSQL Linux CentOS IIS and Active Directory
- Ability to deploy and troubleshoot Kofax Batch classes and custom modules
- Experience with SFTP and storage systems with CTERA highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Microsoft Certified Professional or ITIL v3 or v4 is a plus

Day to day
- Own and resolve complex technical issues across Kofax software and proprietary web applications to keep critical services available and performant.
- Collaborate closely with implementation engineering and infrastructure teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and improve service operations.
- Perform daily maintenance monitor performance and provide out-of-hours support to ensure reliable 24/7 service in a secure enterprise environment.
