Requirements
- 8–10+ years of QA experience
- 5+ years in mainframe testing with COBOL JCL DB2 VSAM
- 5+ years in Payroll HRIS system testing
- Experience supporting payroll system upgrades or migrations
- Strong understanding of payroll lifecycle processing and regulatory requirements
- Experience conducting parallel payroll testing and data reconciliation

Day to day
- Lead and execute detailed manual testing for complex Payroll and HRIS system upgrades in a mainframe environment.
- Design, validate, and maintain test plans, regression suites, and traceability across SIT, UAT, and parallel testing phases.
- Analyze COBOL programs, JCL jobs, DB2 and VSAM data, and batch outputs to confirm payroll accuracy, data integrity, and compliance.
