Requirements
- Strong hands-on Python skills
- Experience with at least one modern web or backend stack such as TypeScript Node or Go
- Primary strength in computer vision or image-based machine learning
- Experience training and deploying models for detection recognition or scene understanding
- Ability to build production systems end-to-end in a demanding technical domain
- Comfort learning new domains quickly and working with critical infrastructure constraints
- Experience with LLMs RAG spatial computing digital twins or evaluation systems is a plus

Day to day
- Architect and build the spatial AI engine that ingests 3D scene data and produces reliable asset tags and relationships for industrial facilities.
- Design data pipelines that turn digital twins into representations for detection spatial reasoning and AI workflows.
- Develop and deploy computer vision models plus LLM and RAG systems to match physical assets with messy documentation and records.
- Implement backend services and APIs that power 3D product experiences and visual work order workflows.
- Define metrics validation and feedback loops to help the system scale from early customers to millions of assets.
