Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguous work
  • Strong structured problem-solving capability

  • Strong project management and follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good judgment on when to act escalate or seek direction
  • Ability to work well with clients and colleagues in stakeholder-heavy environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Word PowerPoint and Excel

Day to day

  • Support client engagements from kickoff through delivery across strategy operations and transformation work
  • Translate ambiguous discussions and stakeholder input into organized workplans issue structures project priorities and draft recommendations
  • Prepare high-quality first-pass deliverables presentations meeting materials summaries and communications for senior review
  • Participate in client meetings and stakeholder interviews and help track action items dependencies milestones and emerging risks
