Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in strategy and operations business intelligence consulting project management or another analytical role
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets and data management skills
- SQL and dashboard-building experience
- Required ability to turn messy data operational context and financial inputs into clear recommendations and trade-off decisions
- Proven ability to support cross-functional projects from planning through execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to assess whether a plan is analytically sound and practically executable
- Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and multiple workstreams
- Comfortable working across regions time zones and different market contexts
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Day to day
- Own and improve the regional fleet allocation engine used to decide where fleet is allocated rebalanced held or redeployed across markets
- Build dashboards trackers datasets and recurring reports that give teams clear visibility into fleet availability market needs and decision gaps
- Analyze demand utilization revenue ROI growth potential budget constraints and operational readiness to deliver clear recommendations for leadership and local teams
- Support annual planning Capex planning budget forecasting market launches scale-ups and in-year fleet reviews with strong analytical insight
- Partner with Operations Finance Supply Chain Logistics and local markets to validate assumptions and ensure decisions reflect real operational conditions
- Monitor post-allocation outcomes identify logic gaps and continuously improve the allocation framework through cleaner data and more automated reporting
