Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on backend engineering experience in Java and or Go
- Proven track record of hiring backend engineers
- Experience building or contributing to interview frameworks or question banks
- Familiarity with Spring Boot gRPC REST API design or distributed systems patterns
- Deep knowledge of JVM internals or Go runtime and concurrency
- Experience with databases caching layers and message queues
- Experience assessing candidates across multiple seniority levels
- Strong written communication skills

Day to day
- Conduct senior-level technical interviews for Backend Java and Go engineers across fundamentals concurrency system design and engineering craft.
- Evaluate candidates fairly and consistently while providing clear actionable feedback that directly influences hiring decisions.
- Assess engineers from mid-level to Staff or Principal level using strong technical depth and sound judgment.
