- Strong communication and attention to detail

- Competence in code reviews and architecture reviews
Day to day
- Lead the design and development of Application Hub
- Own backend development using Java Python and more
- Manage cloud operations including CI/CD and support
- Collaborate with customers product management and others
- Provide expertise in designing deploying optimizing cloud services
- Support testing and document components
- Guide software engineering processes and cloud platforms
- Participate in on-call duties and conduct RCA
- Mentor and guide junior team members
- Advocate for reliable service development
