Requirements
- Senior level .NET/C# experience
- Strong domain modelling and DDD skills
- Production experience with event sourcing CQRS and event streaming
- Postgres design performance and multi-tenant patterns
- Experience migrating legacy systems using a bridge or Strangler Fig approach
- Understanding of multi-tenant architecture and tenant isolation
- Comfort owning CI/CD observability deployment and cloud infrastructure
- Ability to work across new and legacy platforms

Day to day
- Build backend services and user-facing surfaces for clinical operators carers and clients on a high-scale home-care platform
- Develop event-based multi-tenant systems on .NET using Kafka and Postgres across a modern and legacy estate
- Own domain migration work agent services auditability CI/CD observability and cloud deployment while collaborating closely with business teams
