- Professional backend experience in production environments

- Experience debugging complex production issues

Day to day
- Partner directly with founding engineers to design and scale core backend systems.
- Build ingestion, scheduling, recovery, connector architecture, observability, CI/CD, and internal tooling.
- Solve complex data infrastructure problems involving large-scale cloud data, long-running workloads, and correctness under failure.
