Who you are
- 5+ years of back-end software development
- Proficiency in Python and relevant frameworks (Flask, FastApi, SQLAlchemy, Celery, Boto3)
- Experience with Java or Go
- Strong database design knowledge (SQL and NoSQL)
- Experience designing RESTful or GraphQL APIs
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead and mentor
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
