Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of professional software development experience
- 6+ years of programming experience with at least one modern language such as TypeScript Python or Java
- 6+ years of experience working with cloud services from AWS and/or Azure
- 4+ years contributing to the architecture and design of new and current systems
- 4+ years with the full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations
- Proficient use of LLM technologies and prompt engineering development patterns

Day to day
- Lead the definition design architecture implementation and delivery of Slate software
- Code and test system components while leading code and design reviews
- Own end to end code quality system tests functional tests and integration
- Collaborate with UX and product teams to build customer first digital experiences and solve complex technical trade offs
- Mentor others and support career growth while shaping long term technology decisions
