Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical or Engineering field or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of professional Java software development
  • Experience working with Kotlin
  • 5+ years REST service development using Spring framework
  • Experience with AWS cloud services
  • Experience developing SaaS applications
  • Experience with Relational Database design and development
  • Experience with NoSQL document-based database design and development
  • Experience with caching systems like Redis
  • Knowledge of functional and object-oriented programming design concepts
  • Written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience working in agile teams
  • Experience working remotely

Desirables

  • Experience in tooling for code test coverage
  • Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration and Delivery
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes


What the job involves

  • You will contribute to Kotlin and Java backend applications and systems development.
  • You will design and develop high-availability mission-critical software systems.
  • You will be involved in maintaining the existing codebase, exploring new technologies, and increasing the quality of the code.
