Requirements
- Proven experience designing developing and scaling high-performance backend systems
- Strong hands-on experience with Python for backend development automation and data processing
- Experience building and maintaining APIs working with CI/CD pipelines and supporting infrastructure automation
- Solid understanding of system performance optimization security best practices and regulatory compliance including AML KYC and data privacy
- Experience working with data pipelines analytics integrations and geolocation-based access controls
- Experience mentoring or supporting other engineers and sharing engineering best practices
- Strong collaboration skills working with cross-functional teams across product finance compliance and support
- Hands-on experience with incident management monitoring systems and root cause analysis
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

- Design and implement scalable backend systems that power mobile web and third-party integrations.
- Optimize performance reliability and security across core infrastructure while supporting compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with product security compliance finance and support teams to translate needs into elegant technical solutions.
