• 5+ years Database experience with SQL or NOSQL.
• Strong skills in performance optimization especially at large scale.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience writing Docs and RFCs.
• Ability to evaluate multiple solutions for a problem and choose the most appropriate.
