Requirements
- 6+ years of backend engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js TypeScript and NestJS
- Good experience with Python for backend services workers or data workflows
- Strong system design and software architecture skills
- Experience building scalable APIs and distributed backend systems
- Experience with queues asynchronous processing background jobs and event-driven workflows
- Strong understanding of databases data modelling caching and performance optimisation
- Experience deploying and operating applications on Azure and/or GCP
- Familiarity with Docker CI/CD cloud security observability and production troubleshooting
- Experience with Cloudflare is highly preferred
- Product mindset and willingness to own features from design through production

Day to day
- Design and build scalable backend services for a multi-tenant healthcare platform using Node.js TypeScript NestJS and Python
- Develop secure APIs data models asynchronous workflows and integrations that support clinical operations
- Improve reliability performance observability and cloud architecture across Azure GCP and Cloudflare
- Partner with AI product and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end features and mentor others as the team grows
