Requirements
- 5+ years experience in brand and visual design for technology products
- Varied and polished portfolio
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, grids
- Experience with creating presentation design
- Proficiency with design tools like Figma and Powerpoint
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Ability to translate briefs from non-design stakeholders into visual concepts
- Ability to justify design choices to stakeholders
- Diplomatic and calm approach to feedback
Nice to have
- Ability to create 2D or 3D illustrations

Day to day
- Contribute to the development of Assured’s brand identity by helping maintain and organize our design system and asset library
- Be creating hands-on designs of marketing assets with pixel-perfect precision
- Act as brand guardian and the final seal approval for all customer-facing assets produced by other design team members, ensuring that guidelines and quality standards are followed consistently
- Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously while prioritizing and completing tasks with minimal oversight
