  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator Photoshop and InDesign
  • Strong motion design skills and ability to bring assets to life
  • Experience with 3D software such as Blender is nice to have
  • Experience with a website CMS and or email design tools is nice to have
  • Agency or scale-up experience preferred
  • Proven track record on larger design initiatives such as rebranding campaigns or product launches
  • Fintech industry familiarity is beneficial
  • Mobile and web UI understanding is a plus
  • Inspired craft-focused designer with strong well-reasoned opinions
  • Strong communicator who can uncover real needs behind requests
  • Highly organized and able to manage workload independently

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate big ideas into compelling visual deliverables
  • Iterate on the design foundation and scale the design language of a fast-growing scale-up
  • Create templates and systems that help the design team deliver quickly without sacrificing quality
