Day to day

  • Create compelling motion graphics and animations for marketing campaigns social media digital products events and other brand initiatives ensuring all work aligns with our brand identity and vision
  • Define and lead the creative development and evolution of our brand’s visual identity through dynamic motion design ensuring consistency and innovation across all animated content
  • Use motion design and animation to tell engaging stories that resonate with our audience and enhance the overall brand experience
  • Develop and produce high-quality animated content including promotional videos explainer animations and social media assets that drive engagement and communicate key messages
  • Influence the direction and building of a fast-scaling design organization This would include helping to define processes best practices and ways of working with our team and others across the organization
  • Communicate clearly and crisply with leadership stakeholders driving alignment across multiple teams and organizations through some formal processes and some scrappy ways
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the company – including product design marketing growth and beyond to concept and produce design deliverables and campaigns that creatively solve business challenges
