Requirements
- Minimum 7 years as a Business Analyst focused on Enterprise Field Service Management and mobile workforce solutions
- Experience in requirements gathering process analysis and solution implementation
- Hands on experience with SQL for data access retrieval manipulation and analysis
- Experience with Jira Confluence MS SharePoint and process design tools such as Visio or Signavio
- Strong understanding of utility operations asset management and field service management
- Excellent analytical problem solving communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with business integration across ERP CRM CIS BI and data warehouse systems
- Ability to travel to client sites domestically or internationally as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Information Technology Engineering or related field required

Day to day
- Analyze client business processes and translate needs into functional specifications for enterprise solutions
