- Extensive business analysis experience or equivalent knowledge from recognised bodies such as BCS BABOK or Agile PO
- Experience leading analysis within a multidisciplinary team and selecting effective business modelling techniques
- Ability to recommend improvements to business structures processes and information flows using automation and technology
- Strong experience defining managing prioritising and scoping requirements across different change methodologies
- Ability to define or select standards and apply appropriate techniques to elicit and document requirements
- Experience managing traceability change and refinement of requirements including escalation of issues and omissions
- Experience delivering effectively in fast paced agile and waterfall environments and adapting practice to methodology
- Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to understand objectives and resolve tension and conflict
- Strong problem solving analytical written and verbal communication skills
