Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Business or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with 3+ years in complex enterprise implementations
- Proven experience leading requirements gathering stakeholder engagement and backlog refinement
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies with experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Ability to create user stories process flows data mappings and functional specs
- Working knowledge of scripting and data models
- Ability to partner effectively with developers architects clients and project managers
- Experience supporting pre-sales solution design and roadmap planning is a plus
- Familiarity with federal IT environments and compliance/security requirements preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to technical and executive audiences

Day to day
- Collaborate with business stakeholders delivery teams and product owners to gather analyze and document detailed business and technical requirements
- Translate business needs into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria to support scalable and maintainable solutions
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams while supporting platform configuration gap analysis UAT and Agile ceremonies
