- 3+ years of B2B business development or sales development experience ideally in SaaS AI data or technology
- Track record running email-led outbound campaigns that consistently book meetings
- Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM and tools like Apollo.ai and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong writing skills for concise compelling ABM and 1:1 messaging
- Comfort with multi-channel outreach including email phone and text/SMS
- Confidence communicating with executive-level contacts
- Ability to carry a differentiated evidence-led story to senior retail buyers
- Hands-on use of AI tools like Claude ChatGPT or similar for prospecting research and personalization
- Self-motivated highly organized analytical approach with strong sales metrics understanding
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business or related field or equivalent experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Day to day
- Own the top of the funnel by researching target retail accounts and building outreach that earns replies
