Role


Who you are

  • Extensive development, architecture, and configuration skills in Microsoft SQL Server
  • Extensive experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Integration Services (SSIS)
  • Expert level competence with Microsoft T-SQL including complex queries and stored procedures
  • High level of competence with Microsoft Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
  • Proven experience in developing Business Intelligence solutions
  • Experience in gathering business and technical requirements and preparing specifications
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerShell
  • High computer literacy with productivity software such as Office365 and Microsoft Office desktop applications
  • Experience using a source code control system (Git desirable)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI preferred
  • Experience working within an agile development process preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring and team building
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven problem solver with ability to debug complex processes
  • Strong decision making skills to work with and protect confidential personal health information.

Desirables

  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI
  • Experience using Git
  • Experience with agile development processes

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements
  • Create and maintain documentation for data models, reports, and processes
  • Develop and implement strategies for effective data storage and retrieval
  • Optimize ETL processes to improve data accuracy and performance
