Role
Who you are
Extensive development, architecture, and configuration skills in Microsoft SQL Server
Extensive experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Integration Services (SSIS)
Expert level competence with Microsoft T-SQL including complex queries and stored procedures
High level of competence with Microsoft Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
Proven experience in developing Business Intelligence solutions
Experience in gathering business and technical requirements and preparing specifications
Experience with Microsoft PowerShell
High computer literacy with productivity software such as Office365 and Microsoft Office desktop applications
Experience using a source code control system (Git desirable)
Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI preferred
Experience working within an agile development process preferred
Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring and team building
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven problem solver with ability to debug complex processes
Strong decision making skills to work with and protect confidential personal health information.

Develop and enhance business intelligence solutions to meet the needs of business users
Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements
Create and maintain documentation for data models, reports, and processes
Develop and implement strategies for effective data storage and retrieval
Optimize ETL processes to improve data accuracy and performance
