Requirements
- 7+ years in a Business Analyst or Solution Analyst role for large-scale software or product implementations
- Experience translating business requirements into product configurations with SMEs and technical analysts
- Experience with BPMN and UI prototype creation
- Strong understanding of entity relationships and database schema
- Experience with SQL and querying data structures
- Advanced MS Excel skills including formulas macros or data handling
- Ability to define task plans manage time and meet deadlines
- Experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience facilitating meetings and presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage client expectations

Day to day
- Lead business and system analysis for pension clients modernizing or upgrading processes and systems.
- Collaborate with client SMEs, development teams, architects, and testers to define requirements and shape solution design.
- Drive configuration, testing, implementation, training, and cross-project quality governance across the SDLC.
