Requirements
- Senior/Staff-level backend mastery in C# and .NET 8/9
- Ability to architect and lead distributed REST microservices at scale
- Strong AWS serverless engineering experience with Lambda API Gateway SQS Step Functions EventBridge and IAM
- Deep data expertise across Aurora MySQL and DynamoDB
- Experience designing event-driven systems with SQS including idempotency retries ordering DLQs and resilience
- Strong API design sensibility including versioning documentation throttling and backwards compatibility
- Product-first mindset and comfort shaping requirements with BAs
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in client interaction
- Rigorous engineering standards including Git trunk-based development CI/CD IaC testing and secure coding
- Pragmatic outcome-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity
