Requirements
- Senior or Staff-level backend expertise in C# and .NET 8/9
- Experience architecting and leading distributed REST microservices at scale
- Strong AWS serverless experience with Lambda API Gateway SQS Step Functions EventBridge and IAM
- Deep data knowledge across Aurora MySQL and DynamoDB
- Real-world event-driven design with SQS including idempotency retries ordering and DLQs
- Strong API design skills including versioning documentation throttling and backward compatibility
- Product-first mindset with comfort shaping requirements and working with BAs
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in client interaction
- Strong engineering discipline across Git trunk-based development CI/CD IaC testing and secure coding
- Pragmatic outcome-oriented approach with comfort in ambiguity and fast shipping
