Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Change Management certification such as Prosci or CCMP
- 10+ years of business or technology transformation project experience
- Extensive industry experience in Oil & Gas
- Strong PowerPoint and communication skills
- Ability to work within an Agile framework
- Experience with stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment
- Experience developing communication and training plans
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities and leadership levels
Day to day
- Lead enterprise change management for Value Chain Optimization transformation projects and act as the primary change manager on assigned initiatives.
- Develop and execute change plans, impact assessments, communication strategies, runbooks, engagement tactics, and training materials to drive adoption of new ways of working.
- Partner with business, IT, and leadership teams to coach stakeholders, facilitate workshops, manage readiness, and strengthen change capability across the organization.
