Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources business administration or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years' experience in a federal agency environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain required government security check
- U.S. Citizen
- Active Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain Public Trust clearance

Day to day
- Provide expert HR guidance on OPM classification standards regulations and FDA policies
- Write position descriptions evaluation statements and standard operating procedures while conducting desk audits paper reviews and FLSA assessments
- Advise managers on complex position management reorganizations organizational structure and productivity improvements for federal classification work
