Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in consulting digital agency systems integrator or technology professional services
- Experience managing client relationships with accountability for account success and client satisfaction
- Experience supporting revenue-generating accounts including retainers time and materials fixed-fee projects or managed services
- Exposure to manufacturing distribution industrial or other complex B2B industries
- Strong communication relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to engage senior client stakeholders and represent the company professionally
- Strong organizational forecasting and account management skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced high-growth environment
- Ability to manage multiple client initiatives simultaneously with attention to detail

Day to day
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned enterprise accounts and build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
- Monitor account health and client priorities while proactively coordinating internal teams to address risks and keep engagements aligned
- Support account growth by contributing to planning activities new statements of work renewals and revenue forecasting
- Partner closely with delivery leaders and cross-functional teams to track scope milestones budgets and execution quality across active programs
- Develop commercial and leadership capabilities while contributing to mentorship knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within Client Services
